The show is about being gaslit for 13 years by a character actor husband. Fresh off a successful run at Edinburgh Fringe Festival, it’s about an intimacy-avoidant, charming woman who just wanted a boyfriend and ended up in a 13-year marriage or “light hostage situation.” Fielding was a 24-hour concierge to an Irish show pony who owned 3 pairs of crocs and called her “kiddo.” The only real reason to get married is to lie in bed and talk about people you hate… but what if one day you wake up and you’re like “Uh oh I hate you!”
